Port Freeport Berth 7 Backland Concrete Paving 

The project documented by KMA Contractor's Services included backland paving area utilities, high-mast light poles, and temporary pole lights along the paved access roads. A surface water storm sewer system was installed using ditches and road crossings and water service.
